The Ichiban Selvedge is a 13.75oz Japanese selvedge denim dyed using natural indigo. The production of natural indigo is a laborious process in which the indigofera plant is collected, dried, fermented and left to mature. This process can take up to 1 year. The resulting denim has a warm blue tone that isn't too dark, and is reminiscent of vintage blue jeans. The denim is made using a short slub cotton which produces a slightly uneven surface texture. Cut, sewn, built in Canada with contrast stitching, a 10oz vegetable tanned leather patch, and silver metallic buttons and rivets.
The Super Guy is a slim tapered fit; medium rise, slim thigh and taper from the knee to hem.
